Everyone who is all about makeup knows how hard it is to find the right shine for a good price. When you’re budget is extremely tight, it can be a nightmare trying to find good brands that sell good illuminating products. If you need some help, here are some good drug store and online products to checkout.
Technic Get Gorgeous Highlighter and Bronzer Powder (prices vary from websites)
This UK based brand can be found on Amazon and Ebay and cheap as $2.95. It blends easily and doesn’t smear throughout the day, giving you an everlasting glow.
E.l.f. Shimmering Facial Whip ($1)
This liquid highlight is sold in stores and online. You can apply it with a brush, sponge, or finger. There’s 8 shades of this beauty and they range from what store you go to or if you just go online (shades above lilac petal and golden peach). It gives you a blinding glow to show off during the day and night.
Wet n Wild MegaGlo Highlighting Powder ($4.99)
This highlight has been popular on Instagram. This is more of a glittery shimmer and can be a bit smeary along the day (shown above: precious petal, royal calyx, botanic dream, and blossom glow). If you’re looking to have a little fun with your look, this is the one thing you need. It’s super blendable and easy to remove. Also found online and in stores.
L.A. Colors Shimmering Loose Pigment Eyeshadow ($1.00)
L.A. is probably the most affordable makeup brand out there. It’s even sold at dollar stores. Even though it says eyeshadow, it can also be used to make your features pop. Others say their color Sunshine can be a dupe for Rihanna highlighter, Trophy Wife. This would definitely be a winner.
E.l.f. Beautifully Bare Highlighting Stick ($4.00)
This is for anyone who wants more of a natural glow. You can put it on top of foundation or just on your skin. This gives you a natural healthy shine and very easy to take off. You can rub I ton and blend out the edges with your finger and leave in a hurry. They are sold online and come in the three shades: spotlight, champagne glow, and pink pearl glow.
