Theatre department holds open house

Come learn how to get into the act.  On Thursday, September 1, 7:15pm, the WC theatre department will host an open house for members of the campus community to meet theatre students and faculty, hear about the upcoming season of plays, and tour the Boyd Cultural Arts Center facility. “Whether you’ve been in hundreds of theatre productions, or you’ve never stepped on a stage but would like to, come to the theatre open house and see what we’re all about,” said Wynn Alexander, professor of theatre and fine arts area coordinator.

‘Grow Food, Grow Hope’ hosts 9/11 events

September 11th is now a National Day of Service and Remembrance. As part of President Obama’s call to service, we at Grow Food, Grow Hope would like to give local veterans and their families our thanks.
