Pat Carroll Wilmington Alumnus Pat Carroll stands before the United Nations European Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland This summer I was lucky enough to spend two weeks in Geneva, Switzerland.  Geneva is the European headquarters of the United Nations and home to countless international governmental and nongovernmental organizations.
