During the eleven-minute interview, O’Reilly asked the President to clarify whether former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta told him that the attack on our U.S diplomatic facility in Benghazi Libya was a terrorist attack. Although the President delivered the speech with his characteristic high- spirited gusto, the content of the speech was largely reminiscent of last year’s address.
